Teddy Hayes one time trainer of Jack Dempsey in the 1920’s

Affectionate dedication inscription to Millie Considine signed by Teddy and his wife Ginny, AND with a long and charming letter to Millie Considine. Millie Conside was born in Oklahoma, she grew up in Kansas City and got her first writing job in Washington. There she met Considine, sports editor for the Washington Post. They were married in 193l. Considine joined the Hearst organization in 1937 and had a distinguished career as a syndicated columnist, World War II correspondent, and author of a number of books.

Mrs. Considine also wrote several books, including 'Mrs. Gulliver's Travels' and 'Wills, a Dead Giveaway.'
