Rare portrait of the British photographer with Delta Company, 1/5th US Marines during the Battle for Hue Hue, Vietnam February 1968.

Vintage silver print photograph, verso with D. McCullin Magnum ink stamp. Nik Wheeler apparently used one of McCullin’s own camera’s for the shot. The presence of his Magnum stamp is unusual as McCullin was only with Magnum for a very short time. As it is presumably McCullin’s own stamp and it is possible he put it on himself purely as identification.
